Instructions for adding a
new MAC (wireless device) to a Linksys wireless G router. (These instructions may work for other makes or models of routers.) PAGE Once you have the gateway address write it down. Open a web browser (in this case we’ll use Internet Explorer) and put that address into the address bar. The address bar is the field near the top of the window where you normally type the web site address. Ex: www.accima.com
Hit “Enter”. This will bring up a login screen:
The username stays blank. Enter your password (or, if this is a new router, the default password is “admin” (no quotes)). Then click on OK. It will look something like this:
