We want everyone to have GREAT internet service from us.
Other companies give themselves the right to throttle your connection.
We'll do that if we have to, but we'd rather have those that need to use more
access pay for it rather than getting less than they need. Here are a
couple of examples of what other companies are doing to control abuse:

High Speed Wireless! We have a high speed
wireless system in Odessa, Wilbur, Creston,
Coulee City, Ephrata, Moses Lake, Almira, Lincoln,
Seven Bays and Soap Lake

map. We have up to 4megs (remember, the max on the phone
lines is only 56k) wireless data access system. It's range is limited to about
15 miles around the towns covered so be sure to call us if you are
outside that area so we can start a map of areas to be serviced next.

We now have a Voice over
IP system in place (like Vonage, but better).
Set up costs start at $100.00. It can be
higher if you need specialized equipment but 99% of
situations should be fine with the $100.00 level.
Monthly costs $25.00 for residential service, $50.00
for business service and include continental US
long distance, voice mail (simply dial 5001 on your
phone to access it), caller ID and E911 services.
There are no hidden fees or taxes.
You can even download a
program that will allow you to use your phone number
on a high speed internet connected computer!
Think of how nice it could be to have your home
phone ring on your laptop while you travel. Or
at work or where ever you may find yourself!
